Janes Room

Collaborating with Hunton Brady Architects, Mojo Metal Works and Locol Arts, the team developed an art installation concept which was created to invoke a sense of peace, inclusion and hope. The installation was placed in a bereavement room, and originally concepted to be a dynamic installation with the ability to move and arrange the butterflies as needed. The installation moves from corridor to room, then terrace. Each of the 200 butterflies are mounted to a magnetic standoff, allowing the colors and position of the butterflies to be moved.
